The Arcadia Bluffs project started when the owner wanted to add lodging to the clubhouse. The clubhouse was just one story with a walk up bar and a place for the golfers to sit and relax. In 2009, renovation began and the clubhouse became a lodge with an additional two floors, private dining space, and fifteen guest rooms. Arcadia Bluffs came to RT London to do the interiors of the additional floors.
Arcadia Bluffs knew RT London had custom capabilities and a manufacturing plant based in the same state so they came to RT London to create and develop furniture to fit their needs. They were looking for a custom solution that would entice their customers to stay the night and also create a relaxing and comfortable environment to keep the customers coming back.
RT London’s interior design team worked diligently to come up with a custom solution that had that wow factor. Each room at Arcadia Bluffs was built unique to each other but they wanted the furniture to have the same look and feel. RT London was able to create custom pieces in custom sizes to fit each rooms space. The designers came up with the perfect solution which included beds, wardrobes and desks. The custom furniture turned out beautifully and since Arcadia Bluffs loved the furniture, it all was introduced as a standard product known today as Arcadia. RT London’s interior designers were also able to offer full interior design services to aid in the renovation which included selecting flooring, fabric, paint and accessorizing.
