Montreat College sought to revitalize their resident rooms and common areas, but faced a hurdle: limited structural modifications were allowed. This meant the project's success relied heavily on creative interior design and furniture choices. One of the biggest challenges was converting existing double occupancy spaces into comfortable and functional triple rooms.

To address these needs, Montreat College partnered with RT London, utilizing our full range of services. RT London collaborated on the design of the lounge and living spaces, ensuring optimal use of the existing space. We also handled the removal and installation of all furniture and products, ensuring a smooth transition. The result? Resident rooms and common areas boasting a more energetic and exciting atmosphere. This redesign achieved the desired outcome without the additional cost and time associated with major renovations, exceeding expectations and leaving both students and staff thrilled.
